Management Service Packages:
1. Website management includes: 48 hr. turnaround on all content update assignments, security updates, installation updates, and email/phone assistance for owner troubleshooting.
2. Technical support includes: bi-monthly appointment for training, security updates, installation updates, and 24 hr response time to email/phone assistance for owner troubleshooting.
3. Product management includes: bi-monthly appointment for critique, sale scheduling, product logistics, and 24 hr response time to email/phone assistance for owner troubleshooting.
